We are a lean editorial team, so replies can take a few business days, longer for detailed correction reviews that need to be checked against a source before we act. We do reply to every genuine message we receive, even the ones that take longer to answer properly.

If your question is about a specific price, market cap or other live figure, check the relevant data page first — those numbers update automatically and are usually more current than anything we could tell you manually in a reply. Save your message for questions our data pages, guides and glossary do not already answer.
